Story
Café Ricco is a medium-dark roast blend combining the rich, smooth flavors of Brazil with the sweet, nuanced profile of Peru, creating a bold yet balanced cup. Together, these two origins create a rich, slightly darker roast with a smooth body, balanced sweetness, and a satisfying finish. Perfect for those who enjoy a robust yet refined coffee experience.
Brazil: From the Mogiana region, this coffee provides a solid base with nutty and chocolatey notes, creating a full-bodied foundation. Produced by Cooxupé’s cooperative, the beans are hand-picked and carefully dried, ensuring premium quality.
Peru: Sourced from the San Ignacio region, this coffee adds a touch of sweetness with caramel undertones and a hint of citrus. Grown by smallholder farmers and processed with care using micro-mills, it’s supported by the women-led Aproselvanor cooperative, which empowers local communities.
