At Caffe Montè, we not only offer an elevated experience, but we roast at an elevation of 3800 Feet above sea level. What does this do?

The high altitude and cool thin mountain air produces a quicker, cleaner coffee roast! As water boils at a lower temperature at a higher altitude, coffee also roasts at a lower temperature, this creates an exquisite taste, body and flavour profile like no other!
